Our Teaching Standards & Commitment
At Nina Nimoro Tutors, we are committed to our students’ academic growth and success. Every tutor is carefully selected to ensure students receive structured, professional, and results-driven lessons. We prioritize consistency, preparation, and individual attention in every session.
We understand that every student has a unique learning style and individual needs. If you feel that your assigned tutor is not the right fit, simply let us know. We will arrange a tutor change to ensure you receive the support and guidance you deserve.
Refund Terms for Unused Classes
If you decide not to continue your classes after enrollment, you may request a refund within 15 days of your signup date. This period allows you to evaluate our teaching quality and determine whether our services meet your expectations.
Refunds are applicable only to paid classes that have not yet been conducted. Completed sessions are non-refundable, as the teaching service has already been delivered.
After 15 days from enrollment, refunds will no longer be available. However, we remain committed to supporting your learning journey and can arrange a tutor replacement if needed.
Please note that classes missed without prior notice will be counted as completed sessions and will not qualify for a refund.
Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
